We take the security of your personal info seriously. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and we follow industry-standard security practices to make sure your payment info stays secure during the transaction process.
JHLY currently only supports PayPal, but we will support more payment methods in the future.
All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, there are several possible reasons:
1. Sometimes these can end up in your junk or spam folder so check there.
2. Maybe your order has not come through. You need to contact us and we'll help you check if your order is complete.
3. Please confirm whether your email address is filled in correctly. If you fill in the wrong email address, you will not be able to receive it. Contact us and we will change the correct email address and resend you an order confirmation email.
We process orders super quickly to ensure speedy delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, reach out to our customer service team ASAP. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Because once your order is shipped, we cannot modify any content about the order.Email us info@petjhly.com and we'll get back to you either same day or next (depending on how popular the team is).
Shipping to the United States is $8.99, and shipping is free on orders over $39. Shipping to other countries is not currently supported.
Order processing time: 1~2 business days
Order shipping time: 7~12 business days
The total time from when the customer places an order to when the customer receives the package is the order processing time plus the logistics transportation time, that is, 8 to 14 business days.

1. Please request a return within 30 days upon reception.
2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@petjhly.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not pay for the shipping incurred during returns, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package lost or damaged, etc.
If the item complies with our return policy, we will process the refund within 3 working days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Refunds will be made back to the payment account used to order.
We currently do not offer exchanges on any products. If you are not satisfied with an item and require another item, all unsatisfied items will need to be returned and a new order must be placed for the new item.
