Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order cut off time for same day despatch is 2:00pm (CST Timezone). Orders received by 2:00pm CST will be despatched the same day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days(but we sure try hard to avoid that). If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.

Shipping Information

Orders with an amount greater than or equal to $39 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, the shipping fee is $8.99. JHLY currently only supports shipping to the United States and does not offer shipping to other countries or regions at this time.

The total time from the customer placing an order to the customer receiving the package is the order processing time plus the logistics transportation time. Total time is 8-14 business days.International delivery times vary depending on the location and customs clearance procedures.Thank you for your patience.

We work hard to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but we have no control over the condition of a package once it has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if there are problems in transit we are happy to help.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We can help you change your address before shipping. After your order is shipped, we cannot modify any content about the order.


Before contacting us, we recommend that you double check your tracking number to confirm the status of your order. Order Status:

Order pending :

  • If your order shows that it is pending, please wait patiently. All orders will be processed within 1 ~ 2 business days after placing the order.

Mark as delivered :

  • Check with your neighbors, other members of your household, your leasing office, and/or your building manager to see if a package was mistakenly accepted or delivered to them (this happens often).
  • If marked as delivered within the last 24 hours, please allow an extra day (unless your event is urgent) as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived within 48 hours, please contact us.

Still in transit :

  • Carriers may be experiencing delays and have updated their estimated delivery times. As long as the tracking status has been updated recently (within the past 2-3 days), everything should be fine, just wait for the package to arrive.
  • If you're still concerned, you can contact your carrier directly to see if you can get an update. Carriers will always have the most up-to-date information.

To be delivered :

  • If your tracking status shows delivery pending, contact the carrier to see if they can provide you with an explanation.
  • Occasionally, packages are marked as pending if conditions are too dangerous for the driver or if the carrier is experiencing issue

Taxes, duties and rates
